By creating an account and using DELORY ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
DELORY is operated by The Rich Mind Inc., a Canadian company founded by registered psychotherapist Yasin Ahmadi.
DELORY is an AI-powered mental health companion that provides empathetic conversation, clinical assessments, mood tracking, and wellness tools. The Service includes:
DELORY is an AI companion, not a licensed healthcare provider. The Service does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or professional therapy. Delory is an AI created by Rich Mind — it is not a human therapist.
The Service is not intended for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact your local emergency services or crisis helpline immediately (911 in Canada/US, or call/text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile, including your gender, as this information is used to personalize your experience (e.g., cycle tracking features are shown only for female users).
Your privacy is paramount. All personal data is encrypted at rest. Conversations with Delory, mood logs, assessment results, and other personal data are stored securely and are only accessible to you and, if connected, your assigned therapist.
Facial expression detection during live counselling sessions is processed entirely on-device. No video, images, or biometric data are ever stored or transmitted — only anonymized text-based emotion labels are used to enhance AI responsiveness.
You may export all your data at any time from Settings, and you may permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Danger Zone in Settings.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including assessments, AI models, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by The Rich Mind Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
Assessment results and insights generated for you are for your personal use and may be shared with your connected therapist for clinical purposes.
The Service offers subscription plans: Free ($4.99/mo), Basic ($9.99/mo), Professional ($19.99/mo), and Enterprise ($99/mo). All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings. Promo codes issued by clinics or doctors may be applied at checkout.
The Rich Mind Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the AI's responses will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation. You use the Service at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Nova Scotia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
